Also called short-term memory, it deals with the ability to understand, store, and use information.

Mental Flexibility
Also known as cognitive flexibility or shifting, it refers to the ability to move between tasks and adapt behavior to new environments and challenges.

Self-regulation
Also referred to as self-control, it involves the process of understanding and monitoring your own emotions and behaviors.
